before and during application. Apply with a high quality brush, using
smooth even strokes. Maintain a wet surface edge to prevent lap marks.
Allow to dry two to four hours before applying a second coat. One coat
is usually sufficient for interior use. For exterior use, two coats
should be applied for maximum durability.
If you wish to apply paint by spraying, thin with mineral spirits or
paint thinner at the rate of one quart of thinner per gallon of paint.
Allow stove to dry 24 hours before applying heat. During the first firing
after painting, be sure to maintain proper ventilation.
