Information |
We
will ship using UPS ground. Keep in mind that, some products because of
weight and contents, it will not be allow to ship via UPS in that case
we will use a Common Carrier and may incur additional charges.
Orders containing more than one item may ship from multiples warehouses
at different times throughout the day.

ensure that all orders are inspected before shipment we have a cut off
time of 7:00 am (Eastern Standard Time). Orders must be placed complete
by this time to guarantee Lead Time of 72 hours.
Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed
on the following Monday. Or major holidays will be processed the next
business day.
Benjamin Moore Paints and Custom tints are available but the lead time
is between 48-72 hours more.

While
e-Hardware-Store.com desires to maintain prices from catalog to catalog,
often circumstances arise that are unexpected, yet warranted where an
immediate price adjustment must be made. As in any industry, we experience
increases that are unavoidable. Fuel surcharges seem to be the most
common of theses and we will only charge this as we are being charge
from our vendors, and common carrier partners. We appreciate your willingness
to work with us during these times and pledge our effort to control
these costs.

updates and discontinuations, some products in our data base may no longer
be available. This is a rare occurrence, but still a possibility beyond
our control. In such cases, refunds will be issued in a timely manner
and every effort will be made to notify the customer via email. Credits
or product substitutions are also available at the customer’s discretion.

our customers will need an item we do not stock. If this situation arises
we have more than one option. We can special order along with our next
warehouse shipment from the vendor, or if the order meets the required
minimums from the vendor, we will ship it direct. Please be aware that
freight charges may apply to special orders if minimums are not met.
We at e-Hardware-Store.com want to make sure that you receive the item
you are requesting; therefore we will provide you a special order form
detailing the specifics about your order. Your signature must be on
this order before you submitted to the manufacturer. Please contact

Confirmation and Tracking |
You
will be notified by e-mail saying “Your order has been completed
successfully” when your order was shipped. Please note that tracking
numbers are not active until late in the evening on the day that each
carrier picks up packages. Although we are preparing your order for
carrier throughout the weekend, our carriers only pickup packages on
normal business days (Mondays-Fridays). This mean that the tracking
number contained in this email may not be active until the carrier picks
up your package on the evening of the next business day. Orders shipped
by UPS can be tracked online (http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx)
or by phone (1-800-742-5877).

Receiving
Orders or Merchandise |
Damages/Shortages:
Unfortunately our freight does not always arrive in the condition that
it was in when it left our distribution center. e-Hardware-Store.com shrink
wraps all common carrier deliveries with our custom tape. If your shipment
does not arrive with our tape, please mark bill of lading NO TAPE
. Please assist us by reporting any damages within 48 hours
and always sign your bill of lading SUBJECT TO INSPECTION
. Upon inspection, if there are any inconsistencies or damage with your
order a freight claim need to be filed with the carrier. Please contact
our customer service department at customerservice@e-hardware-store.com
to report and damaged or short merchandise so the proper freight claim
can be filed.

will be glad to assist you in authorizing a return to our warehouse. If
a return is due to circumstances beyond e-Hardware-Store.com's control
(wrong item or quantity ordered, a 30% restock charge will be incurred.
Please keep in mind merchandise for returns must be in resalable condition
(i.e. current label, without price sticker, without damage, within shelf
life, non-rusted & clean cans, etc.). We can only permit returned
merchandise that another customer would be willing to accept. The item
must be returned within 30 days of your order date. When return is approved
our warehouse will forward a return authorization and packing instructions.
Then contact UPS to arrange your return. You will be responsible you’re
your freight charges to return the items.
NOTE:ITEMS RETURNED NOT ON THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE DESTRYED AND
